Straus Family Creamery
The Straus Family Creamery started in 1941 with Bill and Ellen Straus, in the small town of Marshall, CA, along the shores of Tomales Bay on the California Coast. They started out small, with only 23 Jersey cows, which they named after family and friends. In 1994, Straus Family Creamery became the first 100 % certified organic creamery in the country.
Known for its mild, coastal climate, pristine coastal grassland, and fresh marine air — with virtually no pollution from traffic or factories — the area is a quiet escape from city life. A Straus cow’s life isn’t complicated. The 280 Straus organic dairy cows (Jersey, Holstein, and Jersey-Holstein cross breeds), roam 500 acres of pasture during the day and, when night falls, they sleep on cow mats with natural bedding in an open barn.

They believe that the benefit of providing locally produced fresh eggs to the community is good for farming families and good for the local economy.
For Tarun, growing chilies was just a hobby, an experiment. Then it just made sense to blend those peppers into a sauce to keep on hand in their family restaurant. But soon, customers were requesting the sauce by name and asking for bottles of it. Through the years, the pepper blend shifted and changed as different seeds from their travels around the world took root in their SoCal backyard.
The demand never waned, nor did their focus. Their goal has always been to create a hot sauce with the right mix of flavor and burn, one that complements rather than overpowers their food. They landed on a fiery, small batch sauce, still made from their homegrown chilies. What began as a batch of chilies grown in their backyard has become a hot sauce hoarded by those in the know.
It all started with a few simple beans. Founders Trevor and Rebecca Smith have always cherished the experience of sharing a laugh over a great cup of coffee. As true coffee aficionados, the two began to experiment with different ways to create and enjoy their favorite beverage, from bean types and roasting profiles to brew times to filtering options.
Cold brew describes the process we use to brew their premium coffee beverages. Instead of using heat to brew our coffee and tea, they use cool water and time - up to 22 hours. The difference is in the taste - heat extracts oils that contain the bitter flavors of conventional brewed coffee and tea. The cold process leave the oils behind resulting in a smooth full flavored coffee.

They believe it’s better for our farmers, our earth, and for all of us.
Back to the heart of our story: the coconut. They searched the world (ok, most of it) for the very best coconut water, and found it in Thailand, inside a small coconut called the Nam Hom, a name that aptly means "fragrant ones." Every farm they work with is organic certified. Fair for Life certification is a third-party certification process that ensures their commitment to social accountability and fair trade.

Their key difference - hydrolyzed protein. Hydrolysis is what actually happens after you eat protein in any form. So this is going on after every meal you eat, pretty much all day, every day. A protein that is not properly hydrolyzed cannot pass through the blood for delivery and use throughout the body. Through constant innovation, Power Crunch is the pinnacle of smart protein nutrition, earning it the label “Protein Genius.”®
It all started in their founders’ family kitchen when they fired up the oven and baked some bean chips. It was an experiment that blew everyone’s taste buds clear out of their heads. Safe to say they are obsessed with seasoning, spending days and weeks and months focused on the complexity of seasoning, the nuance of notes, and the array of spices.
Beanfields care just as much about how their chips taste as they do about how the future tastes, and so do their bean farmers, who know that beans are one of the most sustainable crops to grow, requiring less water than other crops and improving the overall soil health. Corn and soy require an increase in fertilizer. Whereas these bean buddies are certified NON GMO.
In 1977, a butcher and artisan named Celestino “Charlie” Mirarchi started making jerky. Charlie was definitely a hustler. In fact, he was so busy making jerky that he couldn’t devote much time to selling it. So, his beef jerky remained a hidden gem—until Eugene and Susan Kang discovered it at a roadside stand on a road trip.
They loved the jerky so much they decided to track down the maker. Soon, the trio went into business together as Country Archer —with a mission to share their meaty secret with the world with a commitment to use only 100% grass-fed beef, natural turkey, antibiotic-free pork, and real ingredients.

Raised by parents practicing Eastern philosophy, GT Dave adopted a spiritual view of the world from a very young age. Gifted a Himalayan Mother SCOBY in the early ‘90s, the Daves were intrigued by Kombucha’s ancient healing properties and decided to brew their own batches of the fizzy, fermented tea. Inspired by his mom’s diagnosis with breast cancer, it became GT’s mission to make his Kombucha accessible for everyone, everywhere.
At only 15, he began bottling his brew in the kitchen of his parents’ SoCal home and became the first to put Kombucha on shelves in the U.S. following an authentic brewing process that's raw, organic, naturally effervescent, and handcrafted in small batches – always cultured, never compromised.
Belcampo was founded with a purpose: to create meat that’s good for people, planet and animals. What started as one mom’s desire to feed her family the healthiest meat possible became a mission to revolutionize the industry from the inside out. In 2012, the 27K acres that would become Belcampo Farm was purchased in Gazelle, CA.
In the years since, they’ve expanded to include their own FDA-approved processing facility, full-service butcher shops, and restaurants serving authentic farm-to-table dining experiences, and a carefully curated network of certified farmers. All this, so that we can own the supply chain and offer customers total transparency from start to finish.
