Rockview Family Farms
Family owned and operated, servicing the SoCal region for over 50 years. All the milk is Non-GMO, from happy cows that roam the sunny farms and fed a healthy, nutritious diet.
Founded on one very powerful old-world principle: customers are family. Five decades later, the only thing that’s changed is the number of farms, cows, and plants they own and the variety of products they offer. Proudly supporting local communities by donating regularly to local organizations: Children Hunger Center, Food Bank of Los Angeles, Long Beach Rescue Mission, World Harvest, Food Finders, Christian Food Center, Asian Pacific Islander Forward Movement.
Since 1940, Tanaka Farms has been dedicated to providing families with quality products and educational experiences, with over 60 different fruits and vegetables grown throughout the year.
At the farm, special reclaimed water with an underground drip irrigation and use of plasticulture, allows up to 95% less fresh water than conventional farms. Tanaka Farms also donates to schools that participate in their CSA program, and to South County Outreach and Irvine’s Families Forward, as well as fundraising events to help farmers in need, families with victims of childhood cancer, and various youth organizations.

Voortman's Egg Ranch
The past 60 years have been filled with producing, processing, and packing eggs. Starting with a small 5,000 chicken ranch in 1951, to now being owned and operated by 3rd generation owners Eddie & Brook Voortman. They operate a busy ranch life, and are proud to have cage free barns for their happy chickens. They take pride in the quality and freshness of their farm fresh eggs.
Fun Facts: On average, a chicken lays an egg every 26 hours. You can tell how fresh an egg is by how high the yolk stands up in the frying pan after being cracked.

A landmark institution in Los Alamitos for over 50 years. Started by Sam and Shirley, who came to America from Eastern Europe in search of a better life. To this day, they continue their tradition of authentic family style deli meals and fresh baked goods: from their most popular triple chocolate babka to their cookies, brownies, fresh bagels, and so much more!
All of the items are prepared fresh in house. Sam & Shirley’s initial recipes live on in the hands and hearts of their expert bakers. A portion of the original mother dough still starts each and every loaf they bake. There’s a high level of quality, care, and love that goes into every bite.
More than deliciously, handcrafted desserts, Kayla’s Cakes is a mission-driven business and active member of their community. Straus Family Creamery
The Straus Family Creamery started in 1941 with Bill and Ellen Straus, in the small town of Marshall, CA, along the shores of Tomales Bay on the California Coast. They started out small, with only 23 Jersey cows, which they named after family and friends. In 1994, Straus Family Creamery became the first 100 % certified organic creamery in the country.
Known for its mild, coastal climate, pristine coastal grassland, and fresh marine air — with virtually no pollution from traffic or factories — the area is a quiet escape from city life. A Straus cow’s life isn’t complicated. The 280 Straus organic dairy cows (Jersey, Holstein, and Jersey-Holstein cross breeds), roam 500 acres of pasture during the day and, when night falls, they sleep on cow mats with natural bedding in an open barn.
In 1911, The Challenge Cream & Butter Company opened for business in a rented storeroom in Los Angeles.The staff consisted of only four people: manager, assistant manager, bookkeeper, and delivery salesman. The new company owned a wagon but had to rent a horse to pull it.
